Little Earth of United Tribes Affordable Housing

Little Earth was founded in 1973 and remains the only Indigenous preference project-based Section 8 rental assistance community in the United States.
LDG, an affiliate of Crown, has an extensive history with tribal nations regarding affordable housing initiatives. It is providing construction management services and miscellaneous guarantees for the $50M renovation. The company coordinated pre-development funding in procuring financial grants and permanent financing.
Recent and current projects include Little Earth, Colonial Square and Albert Lea Senior Housing.
